The Graphic Communications Conference of the International Brotherhood of Teamster’s distance education program is a partnership between the GCC/IBT, GCU Apprentice programs and industry manufacturers and publishers. Nobody knows the equipment and materials used in our industry better than those who manufacture it and our members who use it on a daily basis. This thinking was the foundation of the development of the Apprentice Curriculum Development Team and the partnering with manufacturers. With the support of the General Board and the direction of the International Officers we are delivering an ever evolving, comprehensive program designed to meet the needs of all of our members; which provides support and training for a skilled work force. This multifaceted program will include delivery models encompassing either web based technology, digital media delivery (CDs) or traditional books based on the users needs.
